Shipping & Return
We have a 30-day return policy which commences upon receipt of your goods.
To be eligible for a return you must provide receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
**Please note we cannot accept returns on assembled goods. They must be disassembled and repacked in thier original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@razorgriddle.com. Once your return is validated, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions with where to send your package and how to pack your goods. Be sure to save the original packaging. Refunds cannot be processed unless the item is in its original package. Items must be sent back to us with the proper return label.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of goods and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Return of Razor Griddles
- Refunds issued for Razor Griddles will be for the total amount of the order minus any return shipping costs incurred by Razor Griddle.com.
- If the return request is due to a manufacturer defect or damage in transit, we will first attempt to work with the customer to repair the product. If a reasonable repair solution is not possible we will replace the item.
- Please take photos of any item that arrives damaged. We will require images of the damage to process a refund. Please send photos and receipt or proof of purchase to: orders@razorgriddle.com.
- If you receive the wrong item please contact us at orders@razorgriddle.com
- If the return will be shipped via freight service, we require a photo of the item on its pallet in order to have a proof of proper packaging - this will protect you in the event the product is damaged during return shipping.
- In order to ensure your refund be sure the product is clean, in its original package, and labeled with proper return label.
- Disassemble all assembled items and repack them in their original packaging.

Griddle is awesome for large cooks and bacon.
The griddle gets hot and is great for large cooks when making tacos, burgers, bacon, eggs, pancakes. You
name it this cooks it. I specifically bought this to cook bacon and smash burgers so my kitchen doesn't get the
grease splatter. The foldable legs could use some work on how they fold. It is heavy so put it together with 2
people, or at least lift it with 2 people.
I love this griddle!!!!
Like the oil catcher in front don't have to move around to get from back....has double burner on right for
searing plus a light u shaped burner on left for slower heating for veggies and stuff and the lid serves double
keeps bugs out till ready to use and when opened up makes sides for plates, utensils and food I really like this
griddle I researched alot before buying n g and it definitely payed off THANKS!!!!!
It’s worth every $
Having the grease trap in the front of the grill instead of the back side ...”back side “...if u know u know

would recommend that every flat top grill have this feature! Having a griddle cover that converts to side
shelves for your griddle needs is much more convenient than buying extra accessories that don’t hold up and
take up space.
Great griddle
Fantastic griddle. I was also pleasantly surprised that it comes almost completely assembled. Just a few
things to attach (such as handles) Super easy.
The fold out cover that opens to a side work area is genius, and honestly my friend has the blackstone brand
and after seeing the Razor wishes he bought the Razor instead.

As a competition BBQ cook, my 2 burner razor griddle is the best addition to my cooking arsenal
that I’ve ever gotten. I’ve got stuck burners, pellets cookers, and charcoal grills. But my razor is
my “go to” cooker and my favorite.It’s super easy to cook on, super easy to fold up and
transport, and one of the best things is it super easy to clean up.
Why didn’t I buy one of these beauties before ?!
Finally got the chance to use this last night. Absolutely love it! No problem with heat. It became
plenty hot. Very easy to cook with. The lip around the griddle makes it easy to cook stir fry, eggs
and pancakes. Very easy to clean as it has a hole with a decent sized grease cup below.
Culinarians favorite toy!
I do some catering and needed something that could allow me to produce large amounts of
meat and veggies. This griddle does the job! I use it when I have gatherings to prepare different
items at once. The space is good and the heat is even for the most part. You have to learn the
heat.
Killer set up for a griddle - compact and covered
I have an older BS and this was a great upgrade for me. I needed more space when not cooking and these
side tables fold in to make it smaller and work as a cover for the cooktop. The grease cup is locked in the front
which is befter than the one i have now on the side that spills a lot. Overall loving the new griddle
The Mother of Griddles
This griddle is awesome! It is huge, so if your feeding an army its perfect! There's only my wife and myself,
but I love all the extra room! I also own a Blackstone 2 burner which I love as well. I prefer the cast iron
griddle on the Blackstone. However, everything else on the Razor is just better. The sturdy frame with 4
wheels makes it easily movable.
