Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 apples, 1 finely chopped and 1 sliced
Extra oil to season the griddle

Directions
Step 1: Mix Dry & Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a second bowl, whisk the wet ingredients: eggs, milk, honey, and oil.

Step 2: Mix Batter
Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
Add the chopped apple.
Step 3: Prep Your Griddle
Unlock your lid or fold-over side tables, and turn on your griddle to high.
The powerful burners will heat up quickly, so you’ll be ready to go in about a minute.
Season the surface with a light layer of vegetable oil.

Step 4: Pour Batter
Lower the cooking temperature to low.
Pour or scoop the batter onto griddle, using about ⅓ cup for each pancake.

Step 5: Cook Pancakes
Cook until bubbles start to form in the batter, about 2 minutes per side.
Flip and cook until pancakes are golden brown and cooked through, about 1 minute more.
Remove pancakes from your griddle.
Repeat the process until all the batter is cooked.

Pro Tip: In between rounds of pancakes, scrape any extra pieces off your
griddle into the secured grease cup in the top left-hand corner of your
Razor Griddle. Once you’re done cooking, simply remove the
grease cup and throw out the yuck. Cleaning made easy!
Step 6: Cook Apples
Place apple slices on the griddle. Drizzle honey over the top of the apples (optional).
Cook about 1 minute per side, until apples are soft and caramelized.

Step 7: Enjoy!
Top pancakes with the cooked apples. If you’d like, add syrup, powdered sugar, or extra honey.
